The Arts & Cultural Traditional Institute Phubala, organised a one-day workshop cum production on ‘Radha Anurag’ at the training hall of the institute recently. Actually the event was graced by renowned singer of the State, Jayenta Loukrakpam popularly known as Tapta as the chief guest while Indo Thailand Friendship International Awardee and Nat Sankirtan singer, Sougrakpam Indira Devi attended as the Guru of the programme. In fact as a part of the programme, the students of the institute presented a performance on ‘Radha Anurag’. While speaking about the objectives of conducting the workshop cum production programme, S Indira Devi said that it has been organised to promote the art and culture of the State and to preserve the works of the Gurus and teachers and to carry forward their legacy.

 

This type of initiative is very good as it promotes the art and culture of the state which is very good thing. We should spend our time on these things as it is very good thing. Actually doing this thing preserves the works of the Gurus and teachers and to carry forward their legacy.
