The Manipur government has advised of lawful steps in case of those producing purposeful efforts to violate the integrity of the governmental foundation and organization.
Govt of Manipur Chief Secretary, on Sunday Vineet Joshi, in a notice, said those violating the order will be booked and prosecuted under relevant provisos of law of the land for the time being in cooperce.
Public notice issued by the latest the local Tribal Leaders Forum (ITLF) Churachandpur dated February 17 stating that all state govt offices will be closed from Monday until further notice.
He noticed, which was going viral in Social Website. Platforms also directed employees not to attend the office, along with a general threat to all concerned, and they would be liable for results, if not pursued. It stated. It maintained that the State GOVT will watch the matter carefully with utmost sensitivity, as the same Act is illegal and the noted so issued is alone by any authority.
Barbed out that a large number of relief camps are active in the districts, where many children, old aged persons, pregnant and lactating mothers, especially abled persons, are residing and their regular care is being taken. disposal of third assistance for purchase of clothing and personal belongings at Rs 1000 per person is scheduled to start for the residents of relief camps, it quoted.
It asserted that examinations of CBSE-Boards have started and State-Boards are due from February 27, for which preparations are in full swing.
‚No one shall or tries to make any deliberate effort to follow or enforce the said notice at any cost‘, the order stated. In case of any violation of the order, the person (s) concerned without any exception will be booked and prosecuted under relevant provision of law, it asserted.
It further said that ‚No work, no pay‘ will also be enforced by all the state-government-officials/institutions against those employees, who do not attend their official duty unescorted by unauthorised leave.
It was nearby directed all District Magistrates and Superintendents of all districts to take up necessary actions to enforce the orders and readily address the genuine grievances of any citizen of their respective district. It also advised all central and state government authorities and management authorities of institutions/establishments/autonomous bodies to ensure strict attendance of staff and students as usual.
