Native to Kuilong village in Tamenglong District and currently residing in Kanglatongbi, Imphal West, Lt Pamei embodies pride for his community. His ascent from a remote village to becoming a commissioned officer exemplifies perseverance, dedication, and commitment to national service, according to IGAR(S) press release.
During the ceremony, Lt Pamei received congratulations from senior officials, who also engaged with his family members, including his parents and brother, sharing in their pride.
