Soubam Ibopishak Singh was officially sworn in as the Chairman of the Manipur Electricity Regulatory Commission (MnREC) today. The oath of office was administered by the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, during a ceremony at the Darbar Hall of Lok Bhavan in Imphal. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including MLAs, the Chief Secretary, the Security Advisor, and other senior officers.
