On October 3, Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) division has secured major orders valued between ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 crore. These include a Lumpsum Turnkey contract for a large-scale IT Park in Bengaluru and a mixed-use development project in Mumbai.

The Bengaluru project involves constructing one of the city’s largest proposed IT Parks, spanning 5.9 million square feet, for a prominent multinational client. To be delivered in two phases, the park will consist of six 14-storey towers, including a three-level common basement, a ground floor, ten upper floors, and a terrace. Designed to achieve a USGBC LEED Platinum certification, it includes A-grade office spaces with warm shell interiors. L&T will handle civil works, façade glazing, architectural lighting, and interior finishes, along with fire safety systems, HVAC, electricals, plumbing, lifts, and escalators. Infrastructure includes a GIS substation, Solar PV, LPG gas bank, STP, WTP, and stack parking. External works involve hardscaping, landscaping, and irrigation. The Mumbai mixed-use project is to be completed in 45 months.
