Amway India has reinforced its commitment to consumer safety and distributor support through an extensive campaign targeting unauthorized sales. The initiative, launched in September 2024, focuses on educating consumers and distributors about the risks of buying Amway products from unofficial sources, including third-party e-commerce platforms. Amway has implemented stringent supply chain monitoring and a “Zero Tolerance Policy,” suspending or terminating any distributors involved in unauthorized sales.
Amway reaffirms that its products are available exclusively through authorized distributors or its official website, ensuring consumers receive authentic goods backed by a money-back guarantee. The company has emphasized clear labeling and robust quality control to protect consumer trust.
In Imphal, unauthorized sales have been a growing concern, with customers increasingly wary of counterfeit products. Amway’s stringent policies, paired with enhanced delivery services that now cover 17,000+ pin codes, have restored confidence. Imphal consumers are increasingly turning to authorized distributors, drawn by Amway’s commitment to product integrity and rapid delivery, with 87% of orders in metro areas arriving within 24 hours.
