Amway India has announced major improvements to its home delivery operations, cutting delivery times from 3.1 days to 1.6 days—a 48% reduction over five years. Next-day deliveries have jumped from 29% to over 55%.

The company now serves over 90% of India’s pincodes (up from 8,000 to 17,500), supported by 23 warehouses nationwide and a unified digital tracking platform. Amway fulfills over 200,000 home delivery orders monthly with a 99.2% perfect delivery rate.

“We are building Home Delivery as a strategic pillar that empowers better service and delivers seamless experiences across India,” said Rajneesh Chopra, Managing Director of Amway India.

The improvements stem from enhanced logistics partnerships, advanced analytics, and increased digital adoption, with online sales now accounting for 76% of total sales. The company also offers a 30-day return policy and doorstep pickup across 1,900+ pincodes.

Amway plans to further elevate the customer experience with premium, sustainable packaging solutions.
